Four years ago I was involved in a tragic accident. Having had a very good experience with another attorney at this firm, one of the first things that I did after I was admitted to the hospital was to contact them and ask how to proceed. Admittedly I was initially disappointed to find that the attorney that I used before could not take my case so I would be referred to Tom Pettinicchi. I quickly discovered that my concerns were unfounded. Tom is a brilliant attorney. He and his staff could not have been more thoughtful, compassionate, sincere, and available. They sent beautiful flowers to my hospital room. They brought a gift basket to my home, and when I could not find anyone to drive me to a medical appointment in Manhattan his assistant's husband drove me there. Years later, when I called Tom for help with a dispute with my neighbors, he was so gracious with his time. I always felt that Tom and his staff considered my well being to be a priority. For these reasons, and above all because of the strong integrity of this firm, I would not hesitate to use their services again or to recommend them to anyone else.

My car was totaled and I was injured in a car accident December 2022. The person who caused the accident was either distracted or impaired. Attorney Jeremy D’Amico and Paralegal Stacy Crochet were honestly the best Law firm I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I was in a horrible accident in 2018 and was referred to by a friend.
