I cannot recommend D'Amico & Pettinicchi, LLC and his staff highly enough. If I could I would give them 10 stars. While visiting Connecticut I was rear ended by a drunk driver. His insurance company initially denied the claim, I needed an attorney. Four years ago I was involved in a tragic accident. Having had a very good experience with another attorney at this firm, one of the first things that I did after I was admitted to the hospital was to contact them and ask how to proceed. Admittedly I was initially disappointed to find that the attorney that I used before could not take my case so I would be referred to Tom Pettinicchi. I quickly discovered that my concerns were unfounded. Tom is a brilliant attorney. He and his staff could not have been more thoughtful, compassionate, sincere, and available. They sent beautiful flowers to my hospital room. They brought a gift basket to my home, and when I could not find anyone to drive me to a medical appointment in Manhattan his assistant's husband drove me there. Years later, when I called Tom for help with a dispute with my neighbors, he was so gracious with his time. I always felt that Tom and his staff considered my well being to be a priority. For these reasons, and above all because of the strong integrity of this firm, I would not hesitate to use their services again or to recommend them to anyone else.

The service my wife and I received from this law firm was above and beyond what we expected. They treat you like family and a really concerned more with getting you the best care for your injuries more than anything else. I recently participated in my third focus group with this law firm. They may not be as high profile as other state and national injury law specialists, but they are the best! They are compassionate and thorough as (the "Third Division" of CBS Radio and Television News-Fred W. Friendly and Edward R.) Murrow! (Murrow hired Walter Cronkite.) The firm emphasizes substance over style and logic and rationality! If the need arises, I would absolutely hire them to represent me! I look forward to the opportunity of participating in more future focus groups with them!

I recently participated in a focus group for this law firm. Jeremy D’Amico was leading the discussion group regarding a case he was involved in. His commitment to helping his client was easily seen. He was very organized in his presentation of information to our group, very thorough with the facts he shared with us, and very determined to put together all of the information he would need to provide a strong case for his client. He was very easy to communicate with and willing to answer all of our questions about the information he shared with us. Although I’ve never used his services personally, I can tell he would be great resource based on his thoroughness, dedication, and desire to get his clients what they deserve.
Attorney Jeremy D’Amico and Paralegal Stacy Crochet were honestly the best Law firm I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I was in a horrible accident in 2018 and was referred to by a friend. It has been nothing but pleasant, stressless, and relaxing during a tragic event. Everything that was happening was broken down and explained to me in terms that I could understand.
