I have given these attorneys five stars. I’d be happy to give them ten. They took a very problematic personal injury case and turned it into a teriffic success. Having been involved with the law for many years, I was in a great position to select any firm, but I chose these lawyers because I know their work and because I was well aware of their stellar reputation throughout the state. I was not disappointed. The result they achieved was twice what I expected. Naturally, I hope I will never again need a personal injury attorney, but if I do, Attorneys D’Amico and Pettinecci will be my guys.
The firm came highly recommended by another Attorney. They have proven to be the capable and knowledgeable team we were told about. My car was totaled and I was injured in a car accident December 2022. The person who caused the accident was either distracted or impaired. After the accident, I was confused as to what I needed to do, and how to do it. I found D'Amico & Pettinicchi, LLC on the web, and contacted them. I immediately knew that contacting was the right thing to do. Stacy took control. Told me what she needed from me and "hand-held' me through the process. What a relief. Attorney Jeremy D’Amico and Paralegal Stacy Crochet were honestly the best Law firm I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I was in a horrible accident in 2018 and was referred to by a friend. It has been nothing but pleasant, stressless, and relaxing during a tragic event. Everything that was happening was broken down and explained to me in terms that I could understand. Four years ago I was involved in a tragic accident. Having had a very good experience with another attorney at this firm, one of the first things that I did after I was admitted to the hospital was to contact them and ask how to proceed. Admittedly I was initially disappointed to find that the attorney that I used before could not take my case so I would be referred to Tom Pettinicchi. I quickly discovered that my concerns were unfounded. Tom is a brilliant attorney. He and his staff could not have been more thoughtful, compassionate, sincere, and available. They sent beautiful flowers to my hospital room. They brought a gift basket to my home, and when I could not find anyone to drive me to a medical appointment in Manhattan his assistant's husband drove me there. Years later, when I called Tom for help with a dispute with my neighbors, he was so gracious with his time. I always felt that Tom and his staff considered my well being to be a priority. For these reasons, and above all because of the strong integrity of this firm, I would not hesitate to use their services again or to recommend them to anyone else.
