I highly recommend this law firm. The team is very professional & NICE!! They check up on you & keep you updated with all information you need to know. Kim is so darn sweet and explains everything in detail, quick to reply to any questions you may have. Tom (Mr. Pettinicchi) is so smooth, a cool dude, laid back but extremely intelligent. My car was totaled and I was injured in a car accident December 2022. The person who caused the accident was either distracted or impaired. After the accident, I was confused as to what I needed to do, and how to do it. I found D'Amico & Pettinicchi, LLC on the web, and contacted them. I immediately knew that contacting was the right thing to do. Stacy took control. Told me what she needed from me and "hand-held' me through the process. What a relief. I highly recommend D'Amico & Pettinicchi to handle any accident-related incident. They were the best.

I went to Attorney Griffin for advice on recovery of medical funds from a Motor Vehicle Accident. The recovery suit took several years and many conference sessions to finalize. Mark was an excellent counselor, being patient and professional at all times. Eventually we became good friends. His paralegals, Kim Barbato, and Jennifer Brostec were very professional and efficient. The office staff was always friendly and helpful. I recently participated in my third focus group with this law firm. They may not be as high profile as other state and national injury law specialists, but they are the best! They are compassionate and thorough as (the "Third Division" of CBS Radio and Television News-Fred W. Friendly and Edward R.) Murrow! (Murrow hired Walter Cronkite.) The firm emphasizes substance over style and logic and rationality! If the need arises, I would absolutely hire them to represent me! I look forward to the opportunity of participating in more future focus groups with them!
I recently had an opportunity to attend a Focus Group at the law firm which helps both the attorney and the client as they prepare for an actual upcoming trial. The simulated courtroom and jury box created an atmosphere to help them present their findings and receive feedback from "fake" jurors. It was great experience for me to see the legal system in action preparing to help someone who was injured.

Attorney Jeremy D’Amico and Paralegal Stacy Crochet were honestly the best Law firm I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I was in a horrible accident in 2018 and was referred to by a friend. It has been nothing but pleasant, stressless, and relaxing during a tragic event. Everything that was happening was broken down and explained to me in terms that I could understand.
