Four years ago I was involved in a tragic accident. Having had a very good experience with another attorney at this firm, one of the first things that I did after I was admitted to the hospital was to contact them and ask how to proceed. I quickly discovered that my concerns were unfounded. Tom is a brilliant attorney. He and his staff could not have been more thoughtful, compassionate, sincere, and available. They sent beautiful flowers to my hospital room. They brought a gift basket to my home, and when I could not find anyone to drive me to a medical appointment in Manhattan his assistant's husband drove me there. Years later, when I called Tom for help with a dispute with my neighbors, he was so gracious with his time. I always felt that Tom and his staff considered my well being to be a priority. For these reasons, and above all because of the strong integrity of this firm, I would not hesitate to use their services again or to recommend them to anyone else.

I recently had an opportunity to attend a Focus Group at the law firm which helps both the attorney and the client as they prepare for an actual upcoming trial. The simulated courtroom and jury box created an atmosphere to help them present their findings and receive feedback from "fake" jurors. It was great experience for me to see the legal system in action preparing to help someone who was injured.
