I recently participated in my third focus group with this law firm. They may not be as high profile as other state and national injury law specialists, but they are the best! They are compassionate and thorough as (the "Third Division" of CBS Radio and Television News-Fred W. Friendly and Edward R.) Murrow! (Murrow hired Walter Cronkite.) The firm emphasizes substance over style and logic and rationality! If the need arises, I would absolutely hire them to represent me! I look forward to the opportunity of participating in more future focus groups with them!
Four years ago I was involved in a tragic accident. Having had a very good experience with another attorney at this firm, one of the first things that I did after I was admitted to the hospital was to contact them and ask how to proceed. Admittedly I was initially disappointed to find that the attorney that I used before could not take my case so I would be referred to Tom Pettinicchi. I quickly discovered that my concerns were unfounded. Tom is a brilliant attorney. He and his staff could not have been more thoughtful, compassionate, sincere, and available. They sent beautiful flowers to my hospital room. They brought a gift basket to my home, and when I could not find anyone to drive me to a medical appointment in Manhattan his assistant's husband drove me there. Years later, when I called Tom for help with a dispute with my neighbors, he was so gracious with his time. I always felt that Tom and his staff considered my well being to be a priority. For these reasons, and above all because of the strong integrity of this firm, I would not hesitate to use their services again or to recommend them to anyone else.
Attorney Jeremy D’Amico and Paralegal Stacy Crochet were honestly the best Law firm I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I was in a horrible accident in 2018 and was referred to by a friend. It has been nothing but pleasant, stressless, and relaxing during a tragic event. Everything that was happening was broken down and explained to me in terms that I could understand. I was thankful seeing as Attorney lingo isn’t my cup of tea. Attorney D’Amico is highly skilled and cares about his clients. In 2021 I was yet again another accident with my children in the car with a wrong way driver on a highway. You can only imagine how scarry that was. My family and I were going through a very stressful few days, so I reached out to the Firm, and they took all 3 of are cases swiftly and once again treated my family not only as another case but as family. The kids were spoken to as children and respected and that made me extremely happy. My daughter cried during trial and Jermey was nothing but compassionate and understanding. I would like to state if you need a well-grounded, supportive and strong fighter for your case, I suggest giving this firm a call. Also, Stacey was extremely helpful with helping me out with a friend that needed an attorney, she pointed us in the right direction. If you don’t use this firm, you defiantly will miss out on a Top-Notch Attorney. I admire your composure, work ethic, and most of all excellent representation. Thank you all for helping my family and me through a tough patch of our lives.

I recently participated in a focus group for this law firm. Jeremy D’Amico was leading the discussion group regarding a case he was involved in. His commitment to helping his client was easily seen. He was very organized in his presentation of information to our group, very thorough with the facts he shared with us, and very determined to put together all of the information he would need to provide a strong case for his client. He was very easy to communicate with and willing to answer all of our questions about the information he shared with us. Although I’ve never used his services personally, I can tell he would be great resource based on his thoroughness, dedication, and desire to get his clients what they deserve.

I went to Attorney Griffin for advice on recovery of medical funds from a Motor Vehicle Accident. The recovery suit took several years and many conference sessions to finalize. Mark was an excellent counselor, being patient and professional at all times. Eventually we became good friends. His paralegals, Kim Barbato, and Jennifer Brostec were very professional and efficient. The office staff was always friendly and helpful. I recently had an opportunity to attend a Focus Group at the law firm which helps both the attorney and the client as they prepare for an actual upcoming trial. The simulated courtroom and jury box created an atmosphere to help them present their findings and receive feedback from "fake" jurors. It was great experience for me to see the legal system in action preparing to help someone who was injured.
This was the second time I participated in the review. I would recommend this to anybody. The lawyer and assistances are great. You get to see how lawyer prepare for trials. This helps them defend their clients to the best possible way.
