I had no idea what the next move should have been after I was rear-ended on Interstate 95, getting off the highway, and heading to drop my children off. Were my children hurt? Was my car totaled? When I got out to check, I felt pain and I knew something was wrong...fast-forward, once my car was deemed totaled, I knew I had to call someone, and I chose to call Tom Pettinichi. I am so glad I did. The entire team from Kim to Tom - I am well taken care of, and they continue to walk with me as we figure out how to help compensate me, and my family for the losses we faced from getting hit. I went to Attorney Griffin for advice on recovery of medical funds from a Motor Vehicle Accident. The recovery suit took several years and many conference sessions to finalize. Mark was an excellent counselor, being patient and professional at all times. Eventually we became good friends.
