I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Pettinichi and paralegal Kim over the past few years regarding a motor vehicle accident and injuries sustained. They always took the time to answer all of my questions and keep me in the loop with any updates to the case. I have given these attorneys five stars. I’d be happy to give them ten. They took a very problematic personal injury case and turned it into a teriffic success. Having been involved with the law for many years, I was in a great position to select any firm, but I chose these lawyers because I know their work and because I was well aware of their stellar reputation throughout the state. I was not disappointed. The result they achieved was twice what I expected. Naturally, I hope I will never again need a personal injury attorney, but if I do, Attorneys D’Amico and Pettinecci will be my guys.
I recently participated in a focus group for this law firm. Jeremy D’Amico was leading the discussion group regarding a case he was involved in. His commitment to helping his client was easily seen. He was very organized in his presentation of information to our group, very thorough with the facts he shared with us, and very determined to put together all of the information he would need to provide a strong case for his client. He was very easy to communicate with and willing to answer all of our questions about the information he shared with us. Although I’ve never used his services personally, I can tell he would be great resource based on his thoroughness, dedication, and desire to get his clients what they deserve.

I had no idea what the next move should have been after I was rear-ended on Interstate 95, getting off the highway, and heading to drop my children off. Were my children hurt? Was my car totaled? I went to Attorney Griffin for advice on recovery of medical funds from a Motor Vehicle Accident. The recovery suit took several years and many conference sessions to finalize. Mark was an excellent counselor, being patient and professional at all times. Eventually we became good friends. His paralegals, Kim Barbato, and Jennifer Brostec were very professional and efficient. The office staff was always friendly and helpful.
