Following a harrowing automobile accident, I found myself at a loss for what to do next. After thoroughly researching personal injury attorneys, I decided upon the D'Amico & Pettinicchi law firm. Upon the initial consultation with attorney Michael D'Amico and his paralegal, Stacy Crochet, I experienced a sense of optimism and reassurance. Michael is not only a consummate professional, but he is also genuinely caring and compassionate. Throughout the entire process, Michael and Stacy were always readily available to address any concerns and provide guidance. My case was complex, and Michael's legal expertise was exceptional, especially during negotiations. Suffice it to say, my awarded amount was much more than I could have ever imagined. Hands down, I wholeheartedly recommend the law firm of D'Amico & Pettinicchi, if you require legal representation for a personal injury case.
I was also part of a focus group. It was a fantastic experience. Atty Pettinicchi was the lawyer that talked us through the case. He was great, he explained in simple terms that you could understand. There entire staff went above and beyond, to make sure you had what you needed for the case. If I ever need an attorney I am calling, D’Amico and Pettinicchi. The are there for you and, most importantly they LISTEN too you.
I recently participated in my third focus group with this law firm. They may not be as high profile as other state and national injury law specialists, but they are the best! They are compassionate and thorough as (the "Third Division" of CBS Radio and Television News-Fred W. Friendly and Edward R.) Murrow! (Murrow hired Walter Cronkite.) The firm emphasizes substance over style and logic and rationality! If the need arises, I would absolutely hire them to represent me! I look forward to the opportunity of participating in more future focus groups with them!

I went to Attorney Griffin for advice on recovery of medical funds from a Motor Vehicle Accident. The recovery suit took several years and many conference sessions to finalize. Mark was an excellent counselor, being patient and professional at all times. Eventually we became good friends. His paralegals, Kim Barbato, and Jennifer Brostec were very professional and efficient. The office staff was always friendly and helpful. I definitely would go back here if there was a need for me to seek legal advice in the future
