My car was totaled and I was injured in a car accident December 2022. The person who caused the accident was either distracted or impaired. After the accident, I was confused as to what I needed to do, and how to do it. I found D'Amico & Pettinicchi, LLC on the web, and contacted them. I immediately knew that contacting was the right thing to do. Stacy took control. Told me what she needed from me and "hand-held' me through the process. What a relief. Four years ago I was involved in a tragic accident. Having had a very good experience with another attorney at this firm, one of the first things that I did after I was admitted to the hospital was to contact them and ask how to proceed. Admittedly I was initially disappointed to find that the attorney that I used before could not take my case so I would be referred to Tom Pettinicchi. I quickly discovered that my concerns were unfounded. Tom is a brilliant attorney. He and his staff could not have been more thoughtful, compassionate, sincere, and available. They sent beautiful flowers to my hospital room. They brought a gift basket to my home, and when I could not find anyone to drive me to a medical appointment in Manhattan his assistant's husband drove me there. Years later, when I called Tom for help with a dispute with my neighbors, he was so gracious with his time. I always felt that Tom and his staff considered my well being to be a priority. For these reasons, and above all because of the strong integrity of this firm, I would not hesitate to use their services again or to recommend them to anyone else.

I went to Attorney Griffin for advice on recovery of medical funds from a Motor Vehicle Accident. The recovery suit took several years and many conference sessions to finalize. Mark was an excellent counselor, being patient and professional at all times. Eventually we became good friends. His paralegals, Kim Barbato, and Jennifer Brostec were very professional and efficient. The office staff was always friendly and helpful.
