At D’Amico Pettinicchi, we fight for justice every day on behalf of clients whose lives have been forever changed by medical errors, misdiagnoses, and delayed diagnoses. Breast cancer, in particular, is an area where timely detection and treatment can make the difference between life and death.

But for us, this fight is about more than just the cases we take on in the courtroom — it’s about the people we love.

Why This Cause Is Personal to Us

Many of us at the firm have watched family members and close friends bravely battle breast cancer.

  • Mothers who faced the challenge head-on.
  • Sisters and cousins who leaned on their families for strength.
  • Friends and clients who showed extraordinary courage in the face of a diagnosis.

These personal stories are woven into who we are as a team. They remind us why we do the work we do — and why supporting women and men in the midst of this journey matters so much.

Partnering With the National Breast Cancer Foundation

This October, we are proud to partner with the National Breast Cancer Foundation to raise funds for their Hope Kit Program. Hope Kits are care packages filled with thoughtful items — from cozy socks and journals to encouraging notes — all designed to bring comfort and support to women and men undergoing breast cancer treatment.

These simple gestures mean more than words can say. They let women and men know that they are not alone.

Our Goal: 50 Hope Kits

Our firm’s goal is to raise enough funds to provide 50 Hope Kits to breast cancer patients. Every donation, no matter the size, helps us move closer to that goal — and helps bring encouragement and hope to someone in treatment.

Join Us in the Good Fight

We invite you to join us in this mission. Please consider making a donation through our fundraising page — and share our story with friends and family who are able to help.
